I am grateful for her great support and dedication, which includes e.g., physically going to developer's office to push process while it was clearly slowed down for no reason. Same goes for Burhan who also supported me beyond his role when he supported us at final step of transaction. From transaction-detail perspective, Queen was always available to provide details and explanations. Next steps were always clear and she was listening to my needs, especially when amending documentation.
