Fantastic experience: Myself, my husband and my two children aged 3&6 decided to make the move from the UK to Dubai for my husbands work. For me location is such an important factor into our family life for schools community etc. Through a location agency we saw many many properties and to be honest it was all very overwhelming, then we came across Shirley. Over a coffee Shirley explained the whole process and eased my concerns, she was informative and extremely knowledgeable but with a very personal touch. Positive experience: Daniel knew all the details of the property and helped us find the right property. Such a huge difference from other agents we dealt before. Just beware of the conveyance fee, since they didn’t mentioned this fee to us and we thought being the intermediary between seller and buyer was something done by the agent, but actually not. The agent only finds the property, all the process is then handled by a 3rd party and they charge a huge fee for this.
