Fantastic experience: Junaid helped me find a great house in Al Hamra. He was very professional and helpful. It was a complicated process as my employer needed a lot more documents and signatures than required for a private contract. Junaid was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted. There were a few problems that cropped up (not from the agents side) Junaid was really helpful and sorted everything quickly. Even after contract was signed and payments made he was still available and happy to help. Friendly and professional guy. Would definitely use this agent in the future and recommend to anyone looking for an agent in RAK

Fantastic experience: Junaid and Merinda of Coldwell Banker helped me source a lovely new house in Al Hamra recently. I have previously used the services of an "Leading, Award Winning" letting agent who was very poor in every respect compared to Coldwell Banker and whose interest waned as soon as the commission was paid. Junaid and Merinda kept me well advised at each stage of the process and continued to press for my benefit, without being asked. Where the local system was confusing, Junaid assisted with taking the correct steps at the appropriate time. I cannot recommend Junaid and Merinda highly enough.

Fantastic experience: We bought our first appartement with Ahmed last September. He was listening our needs and help us to find exactly what we want. He was always available to answer our questions and help us, before, during and after we bought our property. Now, we re happy owner in Hamra village

Fantastic experience: Mr Ahmed Abdelaziz was very proactive and efficient when dealing with my property. He was also very helpful with assisting my tenants during the moving-in period. Overall it resulted in a smooth operation.
