Fantastic experience: For a year, my husband and I were thinking about buying property in Dubai. During this time, so many events happened that we nevertheless dealt with this issue more efficiently. We chose several companies for ourselves, talked with brokers, Gretski Victor was most interested and we settled on the DDA company. He listened to our request very carefully and selected a large number of options to suit our budget, which were not offered by any of the other agencies. In general, we purchased a dream apartment, and the DDA company helped us a lot with this.

Positive experience: Manager Evgeny was inattentive, and instead of Europe, he suggested Dubai. They barked at all of Mother Europe, called me a 'pauper', didn't even pick up the phone, and when I agreed to buy in Dubai due to family values, they sent me away, saying that the budget of $300,000 was not suitable for Business Bay. But I found apartments within that budget; I worked hard because I used to be the director of a real estate agency. They didn't speak English and think of themselves in Dubai, working half-heartedly! I've never seen such rudeness!

Now we live in our beautiful apartment with a stunning view. Great service, excellent office with an inspiring view, and a similar approach from all the colleagues. They helped us with the documents, but of course, not without nuances, but everything was smoothed out. Among the pros, I want to mention: the approach, no commissions and hidden pitfalls, they met us in a VIP class car. On the downside: we had to wait a long time for some property selections.

Fantastic experience: I want to share my story of buying an apartment. I wanted to purchase a ready-made home, although I understood that such properties are very limited in Dubai. To solve this issue, I stumbled upon this company on social media and met with a broker. Together with her, we considered all the options of still-under-construction apartments, and in the end, she found me a finished apartment in the very center of Dubai, which is very important to me so that everything I need is within walking distance. Naturally, I flew to Dubai to see everything immediately; I was met at the airport and accompanied to the property. It was indeed very hot, and I wanted to go straight to the hotel from the plane, rather than wander around apartments. In the end, the brokers even helped me make the payment from Russia, but they made me a bit nervous because the transfer took a long time.

We delayed the process for a long time, which was a mistake. Apartment prices started to rise at a rapid pace. We returned to this issue in December and immediately came to Dubai, where they met us at the airport, and the next day we bought an apartment right away. It turned out to be such an easy process, and we worried unnecessarily about remote purchasing. On January 25th, the sales started for Bay by Cavalli from Damac, and we bought it immediately. Everything was arranged, and we decided to stay here for the winter. Broker Ivan helped us with the apartment rental as promised, assisted with the documents, and did not charge a commission. The only downside was that we wanted the maximum transfer for the documents, and Ivan does not know English fluently, so we had to involve assistants from Russia (which took time). I want to thank all the staff of the company for their work. The approach and meeting were all at the highest level.
