Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience dealing with Junaid Ahmed at TJRE. Having lived in the UAE for over 25 years, this has been hands down one of the best agents I have dealt with. My rental property in Springs 6 was a real challenge. The AC had severe issues and the general maintenance was of inferior quality entirely. However, majority of the problems were eventually solved due to the diligence and help of Junaid Ahmed in dealing with the villa’s management company. This is a sign of a good real estate company where even a challenging property is taken care of with such care and professionalism, to provide full satisfaction. There are still some things remaining with the maintenance but with Junaid by the side, I’m worry-free!
