Fantastic experience: Firstly just want to say I never write reviews, but in this case it is warranted. Alexei Eremeev was my agent and assisted me throughout the whole process - finding an apartment, moving in and setting up services, and even at the very end when I moved out and settled everything with the landlord. He is a true subject matter expert when it comes to all things real estate in Dubai, and that is absolutely critical here with the local complexities. I highly recommend using A&M and especially Alexei... you won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: The folks at Arms & McGregor have been very helpful and professional. Particular shout out to Avril Alocillo, for being a superb liaison between landlord and tenant. Any queries or Issues have been dealt with rapidly and succesfully. Arms & McGregor do operate at a higher premium than the average agency, however the hassle-free experience does eventually justify that premium.
