Although the process wasn't simple, this was in no way reflective of our agent Ali Hassan, who went above and beyond in not only finding the right unit for us, but proceeding to guide us through the process and navigating the challenges we faced Had it not been for Ali, we would have continued to struggle to find the right apartment and dealing with agents who are only after the "deal." Ali is a credit to himself and Hamra properties Thanks again Ali Following completion, Ali has touched base with us already ensuring the apartment is "as expected". I didn't expect this follow up so soon, if at all.

Fantastic experience: I moved to Dubai recently from the UK. I contacted an Agent name Ali to view a property in Damac Distinction downtown Dubai. From the initial viewing right till the end of the handover Ali has been fantastic and went above and beyond to help me get the paperwork and formalities done in a timely manner.
