Positive experience: A bit isolated from the city with no real groceries or other facilities near by. Very hard to get around without a car. However the isolation from the city makes it a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for those who want a place to get away from the city noise and lights

Positive experience: The only community in Dubai which all the villas have driver room and maid room. Swimming pool and Gym facilities is at handover stage. Still shopping centre not ready.
