Very fortunate having him as our sales agent and will keep in touch for future transactions. Allsopp & Allsop however have a lot to improve on. Insist on charging for sales progression and then doing the absolute bare minimum / border line next to nothing and then threatening to not proceed with the transfer unless their sales progression fee is paid. Absolute shocker and will be hearing from my legal team!
