Fantastic experience: We were looking to buy a property in Dubai with a flexible payment plan and which can offer us property possession at around 50% of payment. At Banke properties we came to know that they are dealing in the properties in Qatar as well and Ms Manvi provide us some insight of Qatar properties where the payment plan was really flexible. Quite frankly i have had one of the most wonderful experience, the best part was that Mr. Sarim really understood my case and was actually fighting on my behalf with the damac sales team to accomodate my concern based on my request. Quite frankly, he could have just left it there and let my unit get cancelled. But he was with me till the end to make sure that my unit is reserved and i get more than the best service. Fantastic experience: Had a good experience buying the property through Banke. Mr. Hammad Rauf was very proactive and made sure that the deal went through to the end despite continuous mood swings of the seller. I sent the first text to Hammad for a property at 4am on a weekend and he called me back at the same time in the night to explain about the property and suggested options based on my very specific requirements and budget. This kind of hard work and dedication is very rare among brokers in Dubai. There were a few hiccups with the seller due to last minute price changes, however, closed the deal in just a few days.
