Initially it was a big surprise of their professional level, however went through this year's with not a great agents,they didn't really care and no effort placed whatsoever! Lately came across Lily she is responsible for Marina and JLT area she was extremely professional! Any questions answered and handled at the same time! Fantastic experience: Trustworthy company and especially Fabio Lombardi. I even sent the total purchase amount to the Better Homes bank account and then they wrote all of the checks and paid who needed to be paid as my bank account was not opened yet. I met other agents from other agencies and some outright lied to me or were just obnoxiously aggressive and not paying attention to what I was saying in terms of what I was looking for. Fabio and his team to close the deal were all professional and always available via WhatsApp or phone.

Fantastic experience: I approached Michelle Billing about several properties I was interested in and she was extremely professional and showed me around the exact ones that met my specifications. Once we paid our security deposit we had a slight Hiccup with a counter offer on our property but this was quickly and professionally smoothed over by Michelle. She helped with every step and aspect of a new expat moving to dubai even paying for a quick service Ejari, Dewa links and maintenance services which I later transferred back to her while I was held up in a hotel in Abu Dhabi. She was also contactable on the weekends and late in the evenings as I was working till late most days. She went above and beyond what I expected from an estate agents service. The move in went extremely well and it was undoubtably all down to her organisation and persistence. I highly recommend anyone to speak to Michelle at Better Homes if you want a high quality personalised service.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience working with Lily Kemish to list and list a unit for rental in JLT. The keys and cards were collected on time, she managed the viewings and gave me regular updates. All the paperwork were done online and there was very little involvement from my side. An absolutely seamless and smooth transaction. Very much look forward to working with Lily again.

Fantastic experience: My feedback is specifically to Lydia Moynihan, whether you believe it or not, finding a good real state broker in Dubai is hard, and Lydia was above and beyond... She would do often follow ups, she worked as she cared about me and my needs, she would ask specific questions to understand what I wanted (even though I myself didnt know what I wanted) she would make recommendations even about apartments outside her working area, she analyzes my profile and seeks for apartments that match my profile and personality, not just my budget and what I tell her... Absolutely fantastic! Im really happy and if you by any chance get in touch with BetterHomes, ask for Lydia, thats the best they got!
