Fantastic experience: I bought Screen Cast Pro last week in Duty Free and it’s amazing because I can connect my iPhone 7 and Samsung S5 to my old TV using AirPlay and Miracast. I can watch any video from my gadgets to my old TV. Keep it up guys, you're doing a great job.

I really appreciate their customer service as they are a very experienced team, very helpful and friendly. All in all the best customer service I have experienced.

Fantastic experience: Had my Cube Projector falling and breaking and stopped working. I took it to the service centre, after 1 day, they call me to come pick it up. When I asked what they did, they said we’re replacing it with a new one, as it can’t be fixed... with no warranty (given it fell), they didn’t charge me a penny! WOW! Was super happy, not only about the speed, but also about the new device! Thank you team Merlin

Fantastic experience: So my dad bought Merlin smart glasses as a gift from Dubai to India , for some reason my glares stopped working and there is no customer support or service centre in India , coincidently I had a trip planned to Dubai the next month , when I went there the service centre was shut due to Eid and the next day I had my flight home , when I came the next day they told me they couldn’t repair my smart glares in time and needed a day or 2 to fix it , I told them my situation and they genuinely understood it and replaced the product with a new one the next day ! I really appreciated their great customer service <3 , one of the best customer services Iv ever seen , I would just like to say to Merlin digital that they should improve their communication reach outside Dubai as they have many customers abroad.
