Fantastic experience: Amazing stay by the beach! Fantastic place to relax. My host Miss Dolly was very present for me available to listen and was very responsive, accommodating and kind. The apartment was kept beautifully and was equipped with everything I needed, fresh towels, blankets well equipped kitchen..The beds and pillows were so comfortable.. I was feeling like at home.. Housekeeping staffs were very helpful and friendly and I was feeling very safe throughout my stay. The location is perfect and has eatery, shops, cafes, restaurants, restobar just walking few minutes.. Food, groceries everything we get delivered to our door step.. The beach property is gorgeous.. I had a wonderful stay in EuroEstates Property.. I had some good engraved memories staying in your property.. If you want to spend some good time RAK then EuroEstates Property is the right place .. I Personally had a great experience thanks to Miss Dolly and EuroEstates Proerty for letting me being your Guest.. Highly Recommended!!

Fantastic experience: We rented a beautiful apartment, where you can feel like home- everything what you need already there, lots of towels, for beach, for bathroom, kitchen, all is in amazing condition, the bed is super comfortable. Fantastic experience: Had a very nice stay! Good contact with Eurostates. The apartment has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The location is also relaxing with a beach right outside and a supermarket and restaurants below. To really see something of RAK, you do need a car since the complex is located in a remote area.

If you dealt with her, surely you experienced the same. For those who plan to deal with this Real Estate Agency, I hope the agents will get you what you want.

Fantastic experience: Melanie at Eurostates sold my property, a studio in Julphur Towers, last week. It had been on the matket for years before I placed it with Ms Melanie. Eurostates first inspected it; fixed some minor renovations to make it more marketable and Ms Melanie eventually sold it. The staff at Eurostates is friendly. helpful and affable. Selling my studio apartment through Eurostates was a rewarding experience. I trusted their judgment at every stage of the sales process.

Positive experience: We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment it was a sudden decision but we got the booking with help of soft spoken helpful representatives of EuroEstates. They were very welcoming and helpful whenever we needed them. Property location was excellent, it was clean & kept nicely. Only thing it was relatively small & specifically the bathrooms were tiny personally I prefer little bigger bathrooms We rented 3 properties and all of them had different design so while booking you can choose what kind of design one prefers if they are available. I must mention this you guys need to look at the living room sitting arrangement as the 1 I used wasn't very good as it had no armchair to sit & dining chairs were not comfortable too. Rest all good & perfect place for a quick weekend outing...

Fantastic experience: We stayed for two months. The rental unit was beautifully furnished. It was well equipped and spotless. We had weekly cleaning service. The bed was very comfortable and if we had any questions or issues staff responded immediately. The condo was right on the beach and downstairs there was a supermarket, restaurants and hair salon. Dolly and her staff were incredible. We would highly recommend Euro Estates.

Fantastic experience: We booked a stay with them recently on Eid holidays in an 1BHK APARTMENT partially overlooking the sea at Marjan Island. Apartment was very beautiful, clean and fully equipped. The staff Dolly& Lynn were very cordial and ensured smooth check in and check out. Definitely recommended

Fantastic experience: My family came to visit here last April 7-14, 2024 Among the 3 accommodations we have booked, the best is ST. TROPEZ at Pacific, Al Marjan My parents, as well as my Aunt and her partner were very amazed with the place. My mother was so happy with the ambience, unit facing the beach front and the interior design of each room... A very nice place to relax... There is only one area I believed that could still be improved, it is the shower area, it is too small you can barely move inside and beside the water goes out of the area that it messy after taking a bath. But overall St. TROPEZ is highly recommended... I already shared our photos to my friends and they are also facinated by the location and the unit itself. We are considering St. Tropez in our next family reunion here in UAE. Thank you also to all the staff of EuroEstates for their hospitality. More power to you All.

Fantastic experience: This is not the first time I am reaching out to this property owner. The photos of the apartment match reality. Everything is professional: clean, comfortable apartments with everything you need. The staff is responsive and quickly reacts to requests. The complex has a gym, a swimming pool, a store, a café, and a pharmacy. There is a great beach nearby! Taxis are always on duty at the entrance to the complex - you can get to any point in the UAE. I recommend the accommodation!

Fantastic experience: Super place. This is my second time here and we will definitely come back here again. The host accommodated us without any problems with changing the date due to illness. Dolly always communicated promptly and accommodated and advised on everything. I used to go to hotels and there were a lot of people everywhere. Here it is completely different. Almost no one at the pool and the same can be said about the beach. An ideal place for a peaceful holiday.

Pacific residence is quiet but with all the facilities we have needed for a one month stay

It has a beautiful beach area right in your backyard and many more less than 10 minutes away by car. You will feel right at home. Fantastic experience: The apartment was simply perfect and had a really nice furnishings, everything was clean and nothing was missing. Dolly is just great, she was always friendly and available for us at any time. The entire team is incredibly committed and always friendly. Great beach, always free loungers and friendly people. Parking was great Supermarket is super convenient and Al Hamra Mall is only 5 km away. If there is anything to complain about at all, it is that the lift breaks down often. However, there was another elevator available on the other side of the building. The hallways and stairwells don't do the apartment justice. Apartment 5 stars, stairwell no star. The friendliness of the restaurants is underground, so we just went somewhere else. In short, an absolute recommendation

They provide a 5 star hotel service to there rentals also the cleaning service and housekeeping services are great The apartments are beautifully furnished with chic and elegant designs The beds , mattress , billows , toilets amenities are 5 star hotel quality The prices are reasonable versus quality and they truly provide the benchmark standard. The team is very cooperative and happy , we didn’t need to ask them for anything we wanted they just take the initiative and provided us with all what we needed , we had an our baby girl with us and before our check in they equipped the house with all child proof and protection also they provided a baby high chair .
