Fantastic experience: I was searching for a property downtown for days. Searched in almost all the website I found and luckily, I saw an Ad by Manish. I immediately contacted him regarding the studio. We set a day and hour to meet as he was busy, yet he still managed to meet me on my favour and showed me the property. Basically, I was looking for a property that is kitchen appliances ready and was surprised that they have what I was looking for. I immediately booked for it and had the paperworks done as soon as possible. Manish was really great and had all my documents and paperworks done. His service was impeccable! They processed everything for me as I was out of the country. They had Ejari, Dewa, logic and everything else done while I was away and just contacted me when I got back just to give me the keys and hardcopies of all the documents. This service is so rare to find in Dubai. And I am pretty sure of that cos I have dealt with other real estate agents as well and never get that service I got from Manish of DNL Properties. 10/10 rate for me!
