Fantastic experience: Amazing experience from start to finish at Baytik properties based in Dubai South. The staff were courteous, extremely helpful, friendly, and Eugene and Muhammed were a breath of fresh air. Highly recommended. Well done guys, keep up the good work.

Positive experience: Property was fine. Fairly New apartment. Facilities could have been managed in a better way. First day the main toilet wasn't working. Washbasin wasn't working. Had to call the property manager to get it sorted. Also they had a very weird rule that the customer cannot extend stay if extending for less than 2 nights. So had to check out even though they had availability. Don't know who makes such rules. At 12 pm same day they are not extending for 1 more night.. It's like business is coming and they don't want it. Location wise, well that was something we knew before booking.. Far off from civilization.
