Being experienced in the paperwork process at the start of the lease, Milica was able to spot a potential pitfall long before it happened ... and after due discussion, was able to act quickly to create an alternative such that I never fell into the potential problem. This was an unusual level of after-sales service, which saved me from a lot of potential difficulty further down the line.
