I bought a T2 apartment at Collective on the ground floor with a great Terrace viewing a beautiful swimming pool. Since then, I am having an amazing time home, and would always remain grateful to her, Ben and the whole Nexus team that have negotiated a very interesting purchase price for me, they have guided me and supported me during the whole process of purchasing despite all my silly questions. Fantastic experience: Dear readers of this review, Me and my wife lived in Abu Dhabi for 7 years and for various reasons we decided to move to Dubai. We came back to UAE from a 2,5 months travel in Asia and with 30 cubic meter household stored in Abu Dhabi, we had no choice but to check in at a hotel whilst looking for an apartment. After scouting around we decided that Dubai Marina is where we wanted to live, and then the real hard work to find the right apartment started............ It was frustrating to browse websites, clicking "we are interested" and driving to what looked like amazing apartments on the websites, just to find out that pictures and reality is far, far from the same........... However, after two weeks looking at 15+ apartments with 10+ different brokers, we repeatedly circled back to Silverene Tower, which attracted us with it’s well-maintained building, professional staff and high standard apartments. The problem was to find the type of apartment in Silverene Tower that we were looking for, and all brokers said it’s none available. However, when we clicked "we are interested" on one apartment elsewhere, Alex Dickson from Nexus Point Real Estate, replied and asked what we were looking for. I said that ideally, we’re looking for a specific type of apartment in Silverene Tower, but it seems impossible......... Alex asked if he could come back to us after checking what’s available, and he truly came back with an impressive proposal!!! He told us that he has arranged for us to see 5 apartments of our type in Silverene Tower between 5 pm and 7 pm the next day!!! So, going from none-available, this amazing young guy manage to arrange for us to see 5 apartments in one shot and believe it or not, we actually found one of them to be our dream apartment!!! The story doesn’t end there, Alex also helped us fixing the EJARI, DEWA and INTERNET by physically going with us to get everything registered, which all other brokers said we must fix ourselves!!! He also handled the practicality with papers and keys etc. personally at our doorstep!!! So, from struggling for weeks, Alex manages to get us our dream apartment in a few days, totally hassle free!!! THANK YOU ALEX
