Fantastic experience: I struggled with the Dubai Rest App for months and then attended the Al Manara Service Centre in person. Initially, my application was blocked as I had tried to complete the Ejari process online and the App blocked me from further access. Thankfully, Mr Bakr Luay Zahir was so helpful, he unblocked the stalled online application and then promptly processed my new Ejari application within 2 minutes. All with great humour and customer care. Best service I have had in a long time. Unless you are the landlord, I advise all to attend Al Manara branch 1st floor to get the help of Bakr and his colleagues rather than struggle online.

There are no phone numbers, I reach up the mincipality thankfully they were not able to help. They did not provide watsapp number neither was able to take a number of the agent who done my paper.
