Not being on site in Dubai, Solomon Golde played a crucial role in facilitating all the necessary steps. Thanks to his expertise and support, obtaining the mortgage went smoothly. Once the mortgage was obtained, I faced another major challenge: obtaining the keys (handover). This process proved to be complex and could have taken a lot of time, which would have resulted in unnecessary additional costs since payments had already started without me being able to utilize the property. Fortunately, thanks to RTI Real Estate and the dedicated involvement of Solomon Golde, everything was done smoothly and quickly. Not only was I able to get the keys on time, but also, Solomon helped me find a tenant for the apartment, allowing me to cover the mortgage costs and the building charges. It’s an excellent project, and I am very happy to have been able to invest in it thanks to his wise advice and constant support.
