Fantastic experience: Picturesque is an understatement, I will highly recommend Sky Splendour apartment. Value for your money! The view is breathtaking, you get the best views of Blue Waters Ain Dubai and the JBR not only from the balcony but all around the apartment. The apartment is tastefully furnished, well maintained and the well appointed rooms with bathrooms are beautiful. In the ground floor is a Carrefour Market, Pharmacy, Salon and easy access to the Marina promenade.

Fantastic experience: We spent 9 days in apartments Bahar 1 Tower (JBR) with our family of 4. The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was there. The only thing we would have liked was a dishwasher. The location was excellent. The JBR beach was a 5-minute walk away, and the view from the windows was amazing. There were many restaurants and cafes nearby. It was a 15-minute walk to the Marina Mall and the metro station. The host sent us very helpful and informative instructions, was always available, and quickly resolved any minor issues. We had a great time. We highly recommend these apartments.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful view from the 43rd floor, modern looking and clean apartment. The pool and whirlpool on the 8th floor is just amazing and gives you a wonderful view over the Marina especially at night. The staff at the pool and reception is also very kind and helpful. There is pretty much nothing that could be improved, can only recommend!

Fantastic experience: I love my week-long stay here at Burj Vista Tower 2 in Downtown, Dubai! Everything is ready & available: we can cook, watch good movies, soundtrip, dip in the tub, and even do the laundry & clothes pressing. The cooling system is manageable. I love the kitchen, all the things i need is there which made preparations & cooking easy and convenient. Receptionists are warm & friendly. The cleanliness around and the fresh scent is impressive. The tower entrance is facing right at the impressive Burj Khalifa and indeed, it was a beautiful sight! There's a connecting bridge about 7-10mins walk going to Dubai Mall, this access is really cool! Space is good for a big family since we got the 2-bedroom apartment. It's like home away from home. Spending my birthday here is extremely awesome and memorable!

Fantastic experience: We recently rent apartment in Business Bay from GuestReady . Check in and check out process very smooth without any issues. Apartment looks excacly the same like on photos. Very tidy modern place . We stayed 12 nights @ court tower on 26th floor with canal view . Highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay close to city centre. Fully equipped with everything what you need . Ground floor help desk guys extremely professional and always happy to help . We contact GuestReady couple times before check in and they respond very quickly. I'm back to Dubai in next 4 weeks time and definitely will rent one of the apartment in Business Bay from them .

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience staying at Riah Towers in Al Jaddaf in Dubai. The apartment was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and well located. I enjoy the gym and the pool ammenities as well. GuestReady management was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Fantastic experience: Very nice studio on 43th floor with great view. Studio is nice and comfortable with all accessories which you need. Pool area is stunning, gym with all equipment and changing rooms includes steam and finish saunas. Andrea is also friendly and helpful. Great choice for living in Dubai.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic location, nice walk to the mall and there is a nice walk around the canal. There is a shop two minutes away and a beautiful view of the Burj as you leave the apartment. Having bottles of water on check-in was a real saviour! The TV was easy to set up for Netflix. Wi-Fi connection was brilliant never had an issue. The gym and pool facilities are also fantastic.

Fantastic experience: The apartment is truly amazing. The reception looks a bit underwhelming but once you enter the house itself it is simply wonderful. It is so spacious and so new and clean. It's located really well and has the most amazing pool and balcony. Despite being right next to the marina it feels very private. One of the best places we've stayed in dubai so far! Highly recommend! The owner was also really responsive, we got locked out of the apartment and they picked up the phone and got back to us within minutes to help get us in, very appreciated. Definitely coming back to stay here.

Fantastic experience: I stayed in one of their apartments in DIFC and it was great, the apartment was exactly as advertised. It came fully equipped with everything you might need - bed sheets, towels, fully quipped kitchen and even washing powder. The apartment came with a parking space, not that I needed it but a great feature if you want to rent a car. Guest Ready are great and very responsive in case there are any issues. I once emailed them at 11pm about something non-urgent and someone got back to me in about 10 minutes. Really enjoyed staying at their apartment so much, I already booked my next apartment with them as I needed to extend my stay a bit longer than I originally thought. Would highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I had a great stay in apartment 2401, Rimal 2, JBR. The location says it all. The Ambience and the Aura was totally different from other places in Dubai. The house was neat and clean. I would recommend everyone to stay in Guest Ready Homes

Fantastic experience: Really happy with our stay at Avani. It was conveniently located in the Marina with easy access to Downtown and the Palm Jumeirah. The flat itself was huge, probably too much so for the 3 of us but thats not an issue at all, the views were excellent.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful stay at Klara’s apartment. The building is very nice and has an amazing pool. The studio was clean, had great views with the 2 balconies and was spacious. The bathroom tub could have been a bit cleaner but overall I have no complaints

Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed my stay - my apartment at the Marina was in a great location with excellent views and the furniture and design was new, fresh and well presented.My only area for improvement would be for an earlier check in than 4pm and a later check out than 11am. An hour either side would have been amazing.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic experience ! Perfect position in Dubai city center, flat new, clean and large, lots of useful accessories in the kitchen (including coffee machine) The only improvement could be to provide a wider number of towels, as 2 towels (large and small) for each person are not enough for a stay of 8 nights

Fantastic experience: Planed a stay in Dubai. Communication was challenging having asked for an early check in a week before travel and said they would come back to me and didn’t. Even after chasing up the day before they didn’t respond. Flew over night and still unresolved, however the team worked hard to correct it and got me in. Well done and thank you.

Fantastic experience: GuestReady provide us a very pleasant stay during in Dubai. Drive around 11 minutes only to downtown Dubai mall, 15 mins to airport. These are plus point : 1. Self check in process very easy as the host instructions 2. Wifi connection excellent 3. Kitchen we only use microwave, fridge & freezer. They do have nespresso machine but no capsules. You can buy/ bring it. There are few mineral water too & coffee tea sachet. 4. Tissue, towels, and bath amenities completely provide by them (just need bring ur own toothbrush & paste). 5. Parking lot easy as they already have the number. 6. Gym quite spacious & complete, there is sauna as well. Swimming pool have for kids, and there’s playground too. 7. There is minimarket and salon at lobby Minus : 1. There is construction happening and they didn’t inform us. Quite disturbing in the early morning 2. Need to do pest control Overall we are really happy and will share this to our family and friends who will come to Dubai.

Fantastic experience: Stayed at this property for 3 days with my family (3 of us). Property has an amazing view of Miracle garden (really looks cool in the night with the lights!) and walkable from Miracle Gardens. The location is really nice and a good variety of restaurants are at walking distance. Fantastic experience: A great location with very spacious common areas. The flat is clean and stylish. The host is very responsive and catering our concerns. The AC (master bedroom) stopped working on our 3rd day, good thing that the weather is nice so we don’t mind opening the windows. The stay will be extra brilliant if coffee pods and weighing scale for travellers will be provided. Despite of it, definitely recommended.

Fantastic experience: This location was amazing as its less then 5 minutes walk to Circle mall which literally has everything you need for your stay. We did groceries and other shopping at the mall and our stay was super comfy and felt at home. It's 10 minutes drive to Dubai international stadium, 20 mins to global village, and 30ish mins to downtown Dubai. We enjoyed the peaceful area away from the chaos of the city.

Positive experience: This property is in a good location for us and is very clean . However, to say kitchen is fully equipped is rubbish! No chopping board, no small knife, no bread knife, no cloths or tea towels . Apart from one or 2 cleaning products nothing is provided. Plus we are into our 4 th day here and still have no tv !!! Better service needed!!!!

Fantastic experience: Clean, spacious, 15 mins walking to metro, in the middle of business bay. Traffic maybe a bit bad during rush hour but is Dubai. Host is helpful, responsive.

Fantastic experience: We are so glad to stay in this property. I even think that this is better than the hotels we have stayed for years. They have the best deal. In my opinion, they should have charged more because the place is very good. They are near to grocery stores, bars and tourist attractions.

Fantastic experience: My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is just like the pictures. It is beautiful and the room and bathroom is spacious with plenty of wardrobe space. The location is perfect in Dubai Marina. You are right on the Marina with restaurants just steps away. I will for sure stay here again.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic place to stay - I stayed in an apartment in JVC, was there 4 nights and really felt right at home. Excellent amenities, great iron, and Dyson hair dryer. All the kitchen implements you could need for cooking. Lots of construction in the area but not noisy at all. The gym and pool are excellent as well!

Fantastic experience: The apartment is great - neat, clean and spacious. The location is close to major attractions and a 5 min walk to the metro. The only downside is the construction site just next door where noises can be heard during the day. Not an issue for me as I am an early bird. Definitely great value for money.
