I asked Mr Ellam to help in finding a good Tenant and within few days he was able to get me an offer to lease out the Villa. Lateron in 2011 I again utilised the services of Mr Imran Ellam for my 5 BR TH on the Al Muneera Island which he again successfully was able to lease out. Since 2010 I have been in contact with Mr. Ellam whenever I needed to lease out any of my property. I found in these last 14 years of dealing with Mr Imran Ellam extremely helpful, he goes even beyond his business obligation to support an owner when in need such as advice on correct maintenance. He is straight forward and used to candidly advice if as an owner asked for something from a tenant if he felt it is not fair. One of the most important business ethics he follows is that he is readily available whenever reached by email or mobile. Even if is busy he will inform by return msg that he will call back asap and never failed to call back. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending Mr Imran Ellam for using his services for leasing or selling by a tenant or owner.

Fantastic experience: I have been renting an apartment managed by Betterhomes (specifically, their top agent Imran Ellam) for 6 years, and I must say that Imran is fantastic. Never had any issues whatsoever, but more than that, Imran goes above and beyond his job description to help the tenants and the owners have a completely smooth collaboration together. He handles all back and forth communication, Tawtheeqs, ADDC, Tasleem and such and maintenance so that the tenant and owner have the simplest possible role. He responds to messages any time of the day or night in the week, truly admirable. I came to have such confidence in his reliability and expertise that when we decided to buy an apartment he was the only one I wanted to go with. We also purchased our apartment with great ease, thanks to Imran who did all the work, including all the tedious paperwork for the transition of services between the old and the new apartment. And I am not the only one who holds him in high regard, Imran is a legend in our Al Muneera community, and I keep recommending anyone needing any services in that area to talk to him first.
