Positive experience: I'm giving this accommodation a 4-star rating primarily due to the assistance provided by Yousaf, my agent. He was incredibly helpful throughout the rental process. However, there were a couple of issues that detracted from my experience. Firstly, I was required to pay a higher commission to the agency than usual, which was disappointing but manageable because I liked the property. Secondly, the landlord unexpectedly changed the terms of the rental agreement from all-inclusive to setting usage limits on utilities at the time of contract after taking the payment from me, which was not what I had initially agreed to. Despite these drawbacks, Yousaf's support made the overall experience more positive.

Fantastic experience: The process of receiving cheques is straightforward (with Maria) and renewal fee cashed quickly. However renewal of towtheeq couldn’t be completed on-time as service fees not paid by landlord. However Mykael was excellent at resolving the issue and obtained my Towtheeq. I’ve used Gravity since 2018, this year was the smoothest for renewal with Mykael and Maria. If you have a choice for renewal I can recommend them both. Excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
