Positive experience: Building was beautiful and well maintained and maintenance was always available. Lenient when vacating the apartment with minor damages. Contact with agent, often couldn't be established. Security deposit refund came 3 months after vacating the apartment after many requests, tenancy contract states it should be no later than 30 days after vacating. Phone with office was always answered, though calls weren't returned.
