Fantastic experience: The 5 stars is fully to one of the agents named Connor, who has been incredibly helpful in helping us deal with an unfortunate and very inconvenient situation. While we never ended up renting with this agency due to a landlord failing to clear service charges (and to date the landlord has not refunded the security deposit), Connor was very helpful, patient and supportive in doing everything in his power. Will definitely recommend him as an agent, and to the agency a kind request: please ensure units that are blocked by the Land Department should not be given to view - again this may be a misunderstanding but it has caused a very inconvenient situation and money lost. That said, we appreciate the professional approach in handling what may end up as a potential legal dispute.

He was always available when needed and provided great after sales service with the formalities between myself and the tenant. Whatever real estate requirments I have, Leigh will always be my 1st call.

Fantastic experience: We rented a house in Town Square (Hayat Community) through Leigh Wilmot. After several attempts to view the community with other agencies which resulted in no show agent / "keys at security" / "house is open let yourselves in" we reached out to Leigh, and we were delighted to find him waiting for us when we arrived. He was smart, punctual, and knowledgeable as well as a community resident Himself. Leigh even took us to his own personal house to show us how the layout looked with furniture in it. If you want to live in Town Square don't bother with anyone else! Leigh is Mr Town Square.

Fantastic experience: Treo homes were great when I was on my house hunt. They had specialists for each community that can advise the best locations and unit types for your preference. Several of their agents went out of their way to meet with me late in the evenings and over their weekends and they had a team ready to help with my mortgage application and property registration to make the whole process seemless.
