Fantastic experience: I’ve used Allsopp & Allsopp to buy my apartment in 2019 and recently used them exclusively to sell it in 2023. I’d always consider as the experts in Palm Jumeirah. Jack Stone helped me but time with the sale strategy, pricing, viewings and negotiating the final deal. He was knowledgeable and did great research to help me decide on the right deal. Support continued to cover the process related to transfer/mortgage/etc. I’m happy with the company and agent and world definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: We just want to thank Milo at Allsopp & Allsopp for selling our apartment in Jumeirah Lake Towers in Dubai. He has been great from start to finish - a true professional. He is a great communicator and has kept us up-to-date with all the viewings and all aspects of the sales process right through to the transfer of funds into our UK bank account. (We are based in the UK so it’s been harder being at arms length rather than in the UAE. However, Milo has always been on hand to reassure us and has always responded very quickly to our questions). Despite the developers initially obstructing access to the property, he showed great tenacity, creativity and determination in order to find a way to show potential buyers the property which involved liaising with various people and organisations such as the tenant, our letting agent and the property’s facilities management. We have also been very happy with the support and assistance from Sophie in the Sales Progression Team once the sale was agreed. Altogether, we have been very impressed with the service and would have no hesitation in recommending Milo and Sophie from Allsopp & Allsopp to anyone wanting to sell their property in Dubai. Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with Allsopp & Allsopp buying a villa in Arabian ranches, what made it the best experience is agent Lucy church. Lucy went above and beyond for us as I got recommendations about her from many people. We have purchased properties in Dubai, US and Egypt and I can say that Lucy is the best agent I’ve ever had in my life. She’s very humble, easy going, caring and very very Professional, I haven’t seen such a hard and honest worker as her. Fantastic experience: I dont know where to start. We moved from Germany to Dubai and I stared to watch out for apartmetns in Germany. The agend "Morgan Thomas" directly responded to my inquires and we also arranged a Zoom call. He explained me about all the procedures how to find a flat, which documents I need and so on. Arrived in Dubai I was not able to drive, because I applied for my Emirates ID. So he picked us up from the hotel including our Baby Buggy. He drove us around and showed us all areas we were interested in and had a lot of patience, especially with the baby it was not always easy. We had to split the tours to come back to the hotel so the baby can have a nap and lunch and so on. He did it all for us and picked us up in the afternoon again. Everything was so well organized and so professional. I really can recomment Morgan to those ones who are looking for a reliable person, who answers right in time and gives you the service you need. Really lovely.

Fantastic experience: It has been an absolute pleasure working with Tom Hastings as my Real Estate Agent. He helped me close a super purchase within less than a week after the viewing. Fantastic experience: Hello, I am usually not a blogger type but the outstanding experience I had with Lucy was something exceptional. What I liked about Lucy is that she was very transparent in the whole process and she was always keeping me informed with the progress. She started the right way by the signing the legal form so she can advertise and help in selling my unit vs others who signed on my behalf or posted the unit without the form or approving them to do so. She also went beyond her responsibility after the sale happened. She kept tracking the sale/mortgage of the buyer. I had big trust in her as she was always giving me the right updates. Fantastic experience: I wish I could give our agent more than 5 stars - Cade Jenkins was such a pleasure to deal with through the sale of our Dubai Hills property. The apartment was tenanted through the sale, so it was important to us to work with an agent who is professional, personable, and respectful to minimize any disturbance to the tenants. He was so patient and did such a good job coordinating viewings to fit the tenant’s schedule and was so prompt giving us feedback and updates every week. Most importantly, we really felt that he did an exceptional job at acting fairly and in the best interest for both us and the buyers which I know is not easy to do. Allsopp as a company was also strong in providing a great marketing platform and gave us top visibility on all of the property search portals. The only negative critique I have is that the conveyancing team is not as communicative as we would like and take several days to respond to messages which is not ideal. Outside of that, excellent experience and would highly recommend Cade to anyone looking to buy or sell in Dubai Hills.
