Fantastic experience: Lived here for 4 and a half years. Great apartment layout, a really spacious kitchen, Great location, very centrally located 5 minute walk to the Word Trade centre metro station, Mini Carrefoure below, pharmacies, great coffee shops and restaurants below.. Most importantly the Management, security and maintenance team were very helpful, and efficient during our entire stay. Thanks to Mr Reyam, Melissa, Bruna, Ellen and the Team for always being approachable and fixing any issues during our stay.

Fantastic experience: I have been living here since 7months...and have to say the recent fire incident can happen anywhere anytime...the building was evacuated in 20 mins! And we could easily connect with the building management via social media or the numbers the management provided! Each update was being sent on the watsapp. We also requested to return as we were with our 8months old baby (like many other families) and we returned after a day! Also the management allowed us to take our belongings once in the daytime....! Kudos to the authority members, management & staff to ensure everyone was safe, to take time to speak to each one of us on a personal level, and also ensured a warm welcome when we returned! Having said that, the maintenance and security should work hard to serve best for their customers...the pool service had issues ....work on it.

Fantastic experience: Really happy with the building. It's the small things that make a big impact, you never have to wait for an elevator, the lights work on al motion sensors, the gym and the pool are well equipped and taken care of... The apartments themselves are quite modern with big layouts. The staff and the maintenance personnel are very efficient and effective. Specially Regine, who has gone above and beyond to help whenever she can!

Positive experience: Would like to thank Regine, from the Duja Office staff on the second floor, for her professional and prompt action with regards to sorting out and facilitating some wrongly submitted cheques from my end for the rent. Much appreciated. She was also very helpful in assisting with an AC issue in the apartment with the maintenance team. Thank you for working hard to make the tenants life in Duja easier and happier !

Fantastic experience: Nice scenery

Fantastic experience: I am a tenant at Duja since 16 months and the recent fire incident showed me how helpful and considerate the entire management team of Duja has been. This was an unfortunate incident and everyone will have their own thoughts and experiences. My husband and I personally felt they handled everything to the best of their capability. Patiently answering our queries, arranging accommodation, helping us getting our luggage down and so on. The security team, the maintenance team and the management team never showed how tired they were working around the clock to make the tenants life better. They were constantly going up and down the stairs with each tenant. They barely got any rest and yet there was a smile on their face while attending to our needs. I got back this morning and since then I have received 2 calls from them asking me if everything was ok plus they have come home to check few things to make sure everything is ok. I am one of the tenants in the 03 series which are damaged the most and all I can say is I am happy to be a part of the Duja family. The tenants are wonderful too because they all came together as a family to help each other. No crisis situation can be handled perfectly and I am sure there’s a learning for all of us in this incident. However, we should learn to appreciate people and the efforts put in by them to resolve issues. We should all be happy that we escaped a dangerous situation with zero casualty.

Positive experience: Hello! We have been staying at the Duja Tower since 2 months and it’s been good so far! The fire incident during this weekend was unpleasant and unfortunate, but the management and the building I must say Handled it well and made sure the people moved back within 48 hours of the Fire Mishap. The entire security team, management and other various departments including engineering were working non stop so we can sleep at our respective house. Much appreciated and Many Thanks. We assure you this is a safe and sound environment and the building is truly multi national community and it’s a pleasure to be staying in the heart of the city! Big Thank you to you all and I’m certain and positive proper necessary and firm action will be taken now for the welfare of the people living here.

Fantastic experience: We recently had an accident that has been the talk of town pretty much. It was definitely an unexpected situation that was handled with immense care by the Management, Civil Defense and Dubai Police. When leaving our homes on Thursday evening we had no idea that we'd be out for the entire weekend. However, with constant updates on Social Media, Emails, Online Portal and WhatsApp we were kept aware of next steps. Just a couple hours into the fire there was an entire set-up for families at the hotel beside us, and by night a confirmation that our hotel stay would be taken care by the management. The same continued over the week and while it was worrying that something of this magnitude happened overnight, it was calming at the same time to see how well everything was handled. The day of check-in was also so unexpected - we had a pop-up coffee shop for all residents to relax whilst security and management helped with updates on our apartments and moving in. Incredible work done by Duja!

Fantastic experience: Hat off to Duja tower management, security and staff. This was an unfortunate incident and everyone will have their own opinion and experiences, fire can happen anywhere anytime. Security and management were all the time looking after all residents making sure that everyone were safe and sound, Daily communication on social media, emails and phone calls always ready to answer all kind of question and queries from all of us. Fantastic experience: Lived at Duja since August 2019, by far my favourite residence during my 12 years in Dubai. Reasons why: 1) Staff are always friendly, smile and say hello/goodbye. 2) Great security, access cards to your residential floor and all visitors must sign in. 3) If you want to collect points and pay for rental with credit card, you can! Also option to pay with 6 cheques or less. 4) If you need any work, the maintenance team are always in the building which is very helpful (have lived at JBR and Bay Square, where you always have to pay to get someone to visit). 5). During the recent evacuation, all residents were asked to sign up to WhatsApp group with regular updates. Displaced only for 2 nights and building management have said they'll cover the cost - something they don't have to do as tenants contents insurance should cover this expense. Majority of residents are so happy with the performance and dedication from all the teams; absolutely no reason to leave or vacate - I am very happy on the 26th floor. 6) Community vibe and great mix of nationalities. 7) Location is great, easy to get on SZR and if you work at DIFC can walk.

Positive experience: An elegant residential building on Sheikh Zayed road Dubai. It has Sheraton Grand Dubai on one side and Sama Towers on the other side. Opposite is the World Trade Centre. A building with 52 floors and a pool and Jacuzzi and other facilities on the roof top. All modern facilities are available. It also has a Carrefour Market on the ground floor and also a restaurant. There is a separate seven floor parking area behind the building. A nice space for children to play is also available. A place worth staying.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thanks all the residents of Duja Tower for their support, help, humbleness and especially the patiences they showed after the incident. Positive experience: We have been enjoying our living at the DUJA TOWER for almost two years The building is neat and clean and besides other facilities like gym & swimming pool there is a huge open area in front for the kids to play There has been an unfortunate fire incident on 200220 around 20:20 but the evacuation was quick & organised took not more than 20 minutes in the process Later the building management worked round the clock to enable safely & return of the residents Alternate arrangements were made in nearby hotels and the tenants could sleep comfortably We are thankful to the owners GM & staff security maintenance staff civil defence and Dubai Police for commendable job done and kind cooperation extended to the tenants through communication & facilitating our return to our apartments within 48 hours We hope that concrete measures are taken to minimize reoccurance of any such .incident in future We had a warm welcome on our return to the building Well done! the DUJA TOWER Management and staff
