Positive experience: Moved out after completing 3 years with Rocky. Everything was good except the unprofessional settlement dept. One of the damages they have listed to deduct from the security deposit was hairline cracks in WC (due to ageing). It was developing there when I took the unit and their maintenance app still have the photos of these cracks (from an earlier maintenance reported), but they were not ready to comment when I showed those as proof. They were just telling over and over that their report is final. Like everyone, I was also busy due to shifting and hence decided to leave this and move on. The maintenance app was very effective and the maintenance team was very quick and professional. The caretaker and the building staffs were also very helpful and provided a homely feel. Building Al Mutaiwee, Al Nahda 2.
