Negative experience: Very disappointed with the maintenance service. I reported that my apartment AC stopped working several days ago and was informed that the issue had been forwarded to the maintenance team. However, despite multiple follow-ups, no technician has visited and no repair has been carried out. Living without air conditioning in this weather is extremely uncomfortable. The lack of communication and urgency in handling such an essential issue is unacceptable. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves its response time and customer service.

Negative experience: Trust every single negative review mentioned by people. I can relate 100%. Accounts team, Maintainance team etc whichever you will be dealing with if you are a client, be prepared for the worst experience you will have. Communicating with them via verbal or documeted (email) will make you feel helpless because there will be one answer only ITS OUR COMPANY POLICY, no logic at all !!!

Positive experience: Moved out after completing 3 years with Rocky. Everything was good except the unprofessional settlement dept. One of the damages they have listed to deduct from the security deposit was hairline cracks in WC (due to ageing). It was developing there when I took the unit and their maintenance app still have the photos of these cracks (from an earlier maintenance reported), but they were not ready to comment when I showed those as proof. They were just telling over and over that their report is final. Like everyone, I was also busy due to shifting and hence decided to leave this and move on. The maintenance app was very effective and the maintenance team was very quick and professional. The caretaker and the building staffs were also very helpful and provided a homely feel. Building Al Mutaiwee, Al Nahda 2.
