I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against one of your agents, Usman Bin Amir, due to a recent experience that I found to be highly inappropriate and unprofessional. I received a message from the agent at approximately 11:00 PM, inquiring whether I was interested in purchasing any properties. This late-night communication was not only intrusive but also a significant disturbance to my personal space and time. It is unacceptable to receive business messages at such an hour, and this incident caused considerable inconvenience. In response to the message, I made it clear the following morning that I did not wish to be disturbed by such inquiries outside of reasonable hours. Despite my clear request, the agent continued to engage in a prolonged exchange, arguing that he was merely performing his job duties. This continued insistence after I had already communicated my preference for no further contact was both unprofessional and disrespectful. I understand the importance of business and client outreach; however, it must be conducted within appropriate time frames and with due respect for individuals' personal space. The conduct demonstrated was not in line with professional standards and reflects poorly on your agency. I request that you address this matter promptly and take appropriate action to ensure that all agents adhere to professional communication practices. I also seek reassurance that such disturbances will not recur in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely

Negative experience: DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT WITH MIRA! You do not deal with the landlord directly and instead with a power of attorney that is employed by Mira. We had a leak in our roof and got it fixed immediately as it was flooding the bathroom, costing 3300 AED. Our contract states anything over 1000 AED is the landlord's responsibility to pay. Mira who represent the landlord refused to pay it and we are filing complaints with Dubai Land Department. I have been in Dubai 5 years and have never dealt with a company so unprofessional. Stay away from this company, rent with someone else!

Negative experience: Just a terrible service! They don't think straight and imagine there are spies. We wanted to see one apartment, and after 2 weeks we had an agreement. I sent my ID. And they told me that I failed the check, that I work as a real estate agent; I have never worked in real estate, except for occasionally selling and buying my own apartments. Overall, a disgusting agency!

Negative experience: Good afternoon! I do not recommend contacting this company for renting an apartment. They do not take responsibility for decorative items and common use items (I had to buy everything that was missing), they do not take responsibility for keys and cards (one card also went missing). In 10 days of renting, I made a net profit of 500 dirhams :) Thank you for not losing money. Poor advertising work, the apartment was unsold during the high season, I received around 11k dirhams in 3 months, with another agency I got more than 8k dirhams per month. With service charge payments, 19% to the company, % to booking, etc., you'll end up in the negative with this company. I paid a fine of 2500 dirhams just to not work with Mira Holiday Homes anymore.

Negative experience: Editing my review as things were amazing until they got their commission- and probably their cuts from the contractors they recommended and then disappeared - although promised to be there for each step including the opening

Our broker from Mira estate did her job in just 2 weeks!!!!! That's an unbelievable timeframe!!! Considering that selling our apartment in Moscow, according to the local realtor's assessment, will take no less than 3 months!!! I believe such work deserves the highest praise! In the end, we bought an apartment with a stunning view of Dubai Marina with a mortgage on terms we could have only dreamed of.

We had to solve all problems ourselves with the company’s staff. Also, he sold us one-bedroom apartments, but the documents state studio. For all the sharp questions like 'where is your lawyer, what did I pay you a commission for,' the answer is: 'Oh, what a bad developer company, we no longer work with them.' The person sells well but does not take responsibility for his words. If you have no market knowledge, then you definitely should not go to them. Dishonest.

I dont understand where they get the data from and then they are just behind your back all the time to call or msg you.. informed them plenty of times that I am not interested in anything and they will still chase you every week.. Very annoying and they dont understand at once.

Negative experience: Disgusting job by the employees of the department dealing with visa and bank account openings. The employee does not fulfill their obligations, lies, changes, so to speak, their statements, and the matter remains unresolved. I do not recommend.

Negative experience: Extremely negative experience of working with this company to open a bank account. Did not fulfill the stated requirement to open a bank card with access to business lounges. Incompetent employees who do not bear any responsibility for their words and actions. Don't get in touch, don't answer phones. I do not recommend working with them!

Negative experience: We bought several apartments from this agency, and through them, we also obtained an investor visa and opened an account. At the account opening, the attitude towards the company changed by 100%, as they said the account would be opened with a debit card and must include access to the business lounge for two. In reality, there was no access to the business lounges, and the employee who was in charge of opening the account basically dismissed us, first saying that we did not request lounges, and then that we were supposedly told that lounges are not opened on debit cards, while the Mira employees said that lounges do exist and that there is access with a debit card, which is also stated on the bank's website. Such brazen lies from the employee are simply astonishing! Naturally, I have no desire to continue cooperating with this company and to buy and sell real estate through them. If the management of this company is unaware of such behavior by their employee, I recommend firing them to avoid damaging the company's reputation. The employee's name is Azamat.
