He also made sure the we were comfortably transferred from one hose to another as the check out was at 11 and check in to another location from 3 he made sure we will not stay on the streets so we could stay comfortably in the previous apartment until the other house was ready! Fantastic experience: Despite the hassle we encountered with the room - it needed continuous maintenance during the first week we were there, we found our stay to be quite comfortable. Prem, the manager, was especially prompt, forthright and exemplary in the way he conducted himself and managing our stay. He made sure that we were comfortable in every situation and went out of his way to ensure the same. 12/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great 6 night stay right beside Dubai Mall in Fashion Avenue Residences. View of Burj Khalifa and downtown Dubai from the 24th floor was amazing. The pool was enormous, perfect for lap swimming and the gym was much better than most hotel gyms. Ms Madhuri made it all very easy, check in was fast and easy and the apartment was spotless and in great condition. Having Waitrose in Dubai Mall next door made an apartment stay the best choice. Great value.

The appt was clean and had necessary stuff for three people. The bathrooms were also clean but could be renovated now. The location and connectivity is perfect from this place. The apartment view is fascinating got the full view of the fountain- exactly in the photos they posted. Peaceful and quiet place. We will definitely recommend and surely to come again.

Fantastic experience: I booked a room in Damac Maison Prive . The place was beautiful, clean and everything seemed new and well maintained. There was a lovely view from the balcony overlooking the canal and swimming pool below. Location is excellent and taxi always readily available. Satish my host was just a whatsapp message away and was ready to help . The only drawback they didn't have a luggage storage room .
