Fantastic experience: I rented their house for three years On July 17th, 2024, there was something wrong with my air conditioner.You know this is Dubai. You can't live without air conditioning in summer.I contacted the property management and the building management at 3 am, and they came to the door at 7 am to start solving my air conditioning problem for me.It only took about half an hour to solve all the problems I think they are a professional team with responsibility and quick response! I am very assured of the house they provide.

Positive experience: I have been dealing with Twinkle Real Estate for 3 years by now. To my amusement I found out that they have not raised the Ejari for my current contract . This came into light when I was moving out. Now I am having trouble moving out of the apartment.How are you going to answer for the time loss and stress I am going through? Whose fault is it? Eventhough the response was not terrible earlier, I decided to stay at my current apartment for my convenience. However, not rasing an Ejari was the last thing I expected. You have to seriously raise your bar . PS :- Harsha was of great help . She helped me as she promised and got the things sorted .

Positive experience: i rented a studio from twinkle last year and everything was smooth and done on time , DEWA ,Empower , and all document handed over on time they even prepared the document for moving in to the tower with the security then at the end of the year they give a notice on time and give me extra time to replay if i wanted to renew or not also the maintenance that there team provide was excellent and the return the deposit after i handed over the flat in 5 days at the same time i was looking for a new studio on property finder and luckily the one i found was with twinkle also and everything went smooth as the first time and i am very happy with there excellent service and support

Fantastic experience: I am super impressed by Twinkle real estate. My experience did not start on a great foot where the agent was not at the location to show me the apartment. The apartment was open and they just guided me to it. However, after that point the way they have dealt everything was flawless. My agent was Harsha, she was able to negotiate a good deal with the owner that too in just couple of hours. Next day we signed the contract and same day we made the Ejari and applied for Dewa. The overall process took 4 days that is from viewing the apartment to actually getting the keys. I must say, this is super impressive. Aamir, who helps with Ejari and handing over keys, was always on time. Harsha received my calls and helped me through out the moving process as well. Please ask for Harsha when you book your next home with Twinkle. I will definitely recommend Twinkle Real Estate to all people who are looking for a new home.
