Fantastic experience: As being a regular visitor to Dubai, my wife and I were always looking for a 'home away from home'. Fantastic experience: McCone Properties handled our request very professionally, and we dealt with Jack and Teddy to find a home and move into it smoothly. They helped us hanlding all the Ejari, and the move-in permits. Since this was a new house that we moved in, we came across some challenges to find how somethings are working. Both Jack and Teddy were very helpful. If there is one area they could improve on, would be a formal keys handover process. For example, giving us a full set of keys for every door, and make us sign on a paper to indicate what and when we received the full set of keys. Instead, we received 1 key, then we received another 2 weeks later, and we didn't know where the rest of the other doors keys were!! The same story with the access cards to the community, it was a big hassle to find the way to request them, and get them.
