Fantastic experience: Simple but compliments for Best Luxury Properties or BLP! It all started with an exploratory conversation to find out if investing in real estate in Dubai would be interesting to invest my savings. After an exploratory conversation, my interest only grew, and I scheduled a Zoom call with Rozy from BLP to discuss further details. After this conversation, my choice was clear; the savings I had worked for as a 22-year-old would go to Dubai. All further communication between myself (the buyer) and the contractor went through BLP as an intermediary, who can guide you 100% in your own language, Dutch in my case. Signing the deed went smoothly this way. To purchase something about 7000 km from home, it is not an unnecessary luxury to be able to rely on a company like BLP. All the news regarding the project that will be ready in 2.9 years is provided to me by BLP. Even photos from the start of the construction that you can follow up on this way. They also provide a portal where you as a client can see your portfolio and everything regarding your investment can be found in detail. Besides buying a property, BLP can also assist you in renting out your property. BLP has a very good portfolio of clients who are also thoroughly screened. This way, you as a landlord can be sure that your property will be rented by a good tenant. Combined with their rental rate of 103%, you can be sure your property will be rented throughout the year and will yield the maximum return. Finally, I want to take a moment, as we say in Belgium, to tip my hat to my contact person Rozy Hama, who has guided me excellently throughout this process. I can always count on her expert explanation, and she has excellent professional knowledge. I can undoubtedly confirm that investing in Dubai is very interesting, but for further details, I definitely recommend everyone to contact Best Luxury Properties! Don't hesitate, DO IT!
