He listened and understood our situation and needs. He successfully negotiated our annual rent amount with the owner, among other things.I met him at the Paragon Property office situated at Dubai Sports City to sign the new tenancy contract. I met one of the managers Alex who was welcoming and knowledgeable .Between Daniël and Alex, they answered all my questions and I was comfortable signing the new contract. Fantastic experience: With so many different companies to choose from, it becomes difficult to find people who are really serious about the job. Having said that, I had the pleasure of being assigned to Wihan, who I couldn’t thank enough for his time and efforts. He is so professional and did an amazing job showing us the villa and the community, really took his time to show us around and explain everything. Dealing with estate agents in Dubai sometimes feels like pulling teeth, and that’s IF they actually show up to the viewings.
