Fantastic experience: I found a penthouse on Propertyfinder and contacted Yasha at XO property. Within an hour he arranged the viewing. He was precise and straightforward, because of which I entered the negotiations on the same day. While he was the agent for the seller, at the same time he was representing me and acted in the most Independant way in the benefit of both parties. He clearly told me what offer would sail and what would not and unlike a lot of brokers in the market did not play any chase games. We managed to close the deal within two days. The best and most important thing for me is for service providers to be responsive, which Yasha was at all times. He answered calls when he was unwell, would respond even if it’s late in the evening or weekends. Just by answering calls and being present makes a huge difference and creates confidence in the transaction. I highly recommend buyers to seek the services of Yasha. I look forward to closing more deals with him.
