Fantastic experience: I asked for support with the establishment of a corporation, obtaining family visas, finding and contracting rental properties, and opening a bank account. Each procedure required multiple trips to the relevant agencies, and there were various document submissions, which made it quite difficult. However, thanks to the support of a bilingual team of Japanese and foreign professionals, I was able to navigate through it with peace of mind. In the rental contract process, securing attractive properties is a race against time, so it's advisable to expedite the opening of a local bank account (in local currency AED) and the transfer of funds to be able to immediately deposit a 10% deposit of the rent and one year's rent. I would like to thank everyone on the team, including Mr. Yamazaki, Mr. Pura, and Mr. Ahmed, for their assistance. I look forward to your continued support.
