Fantastic experience: Our family is happy to share our experience working with Elena! We had a very complicated sale of our property on Emaar Beachfront. The deal was complicated because we had a delayed payment on the contract with the developer, transferring money from Russia became more difficult, and we decided to sell our unit. It needed to be sold urgently, for cash, which is not easy either, and it had to be done safely, so the buyer would feel calm, and we - the sellers, too. Elena helped us, she solved this task excellently, kept us informed about everything happening, the deal was accompanied by a lawyer, everything went quickly and comfortably. I want to separately highlight her responsibility, professionalism, and sincerity in her desire to help the client. It's not the first time we've bought property in Dubai, this was our 4th apartment and this is what I can say: it's one thing when an agent sells an apartment directly from the developer in a newly announced project, it's a completely different thing when you need help in selling or buying an apartment that already has a history or encumbrance of delayed payment, this was an unconventional situation and Elena handled it exceptionally well. We are happy, we are grateful, not every agent knows the nuances of the market and legislation and can accompany such deals. Moreover, provide adequate advice on further investments. There are many constructions in Dubai at first glance, but in fact, only some projects are interesting in terms of investments! And it’s very important to get recommendations from an agent who honestly and responsibly gives advice on choosing a property, without 'selling just to sell', but truthful information, taking into account the market features.
