Fantastic experience: I’ve been a relocation agent in Dubai for the last 8 years working with mostly large corporate accounts. Given the nature of my job it’s imperative that agency I use to help find them a new home is the best in Dubai. I can honestly say Quantum are by far the best. Their agents always understand my clients and always have a great portfolio of properties to show. Great Service, great agency, would recommend to all.

Fantastic experience: Due to some family circumstances I had to urgently sell my apartment in Motorcity. The market is on the bottom now, so I had to approach to selection of a real estate agent very seriously. I found the profile of Natalie in the Internet. The profile was looking quite realistic comparing to others and I decided to contact Quantum. Everything was pretty fine. Natalie immediately informed me about the apartment price which I can get in order to sale the apartment within the required period of time. Every week she was bringing new buyers and always was in touch to discuss any concerns and to answer my questions. I have to add that their services are not cheap, however they are very professional. As a result, we sold the apartment within the requires time limits and for the desired price. I would like to use this opportunity to thank Natalie and Quantum for all their efforts.

Positive experience: Gina was a great partner in leasing my unit. She was very helpful in organizing access and has delivered timely results in a fairly difficult market. She was very helpful on all logistics including arranging for services beyond the normal call of duties, such as DEWA connection, cleaning services ... etc. I also want to note the help by Natalie who was very supportive also at the initial stage of working on listing of my unit. Quantum seems to have a true professional, well rounded team and are definitely great partners in real estate transactions in Dubai.

Fantastic experience: I have used their services twice recently, one for renting an apartment and more recently for a purchase. Both experiences have been good, spwcifically the recent purchase. Natalie did a fantastic job with fhe purchase. She was clear in her communication and thorough at her work. She was able to structure the deal specifically so the deal could be closed. Positive experience: Natalie was an excellent realtor. Very hard working and driven to find a price point that works for both parties. She knows Green Community very well, and I certainly recommend working with her. Quantum loses one star however for the whole coneyencing thing, which was a highly recommended, but “optional” service. I wouldn’t recommend anyone use the convencying company unless the price is dramatically dropped to about 2-3k. It’s not worth what we were charged since the buyer, seller and banks do most of the work after MOU.

Fantastic experience: Nick is very dedicated and friendly. He helped me view many flats in 3 hours and spend lots of time trying to secure a good offer for me. Really appreciate that! Unfortunately my plan changed in the last minute, he’s still very understanding. Will definitely go with them and highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: We had a great hassle free experience when searching for our new home to rent. John understood straight away exactly what we were looking for, we ended up taking the first villa we saw with John. Once the contract was signed, getting RERA and DEWA all sorted John has still stayed in regular contact in making sure we still happy with the place we are in. We really appreciate this kind of service as it is hard to come by here in Dubai.

Fantastic experience: We rented pur Springs villa through John last year. He turned up on time and showed us several villas whereas other agents didn’t bother to turn up and would give the typical excuses: flat tyre etc. John made the process seamless and found us the perfect villa.

This year again tenant change 3 to 4 viewing done but no confirmation given, all asking to hold for final confirmation.
